censured books

I don´t know so much about this topic, because of that I search information about censored book and I found interesting things. For example the book “Alice in Wonderland” was censured in China because it gave humans qualities to the animals.

Other book that was censured is “On the Origin of Species” written for Darwin, this book was censured because the church didn't accept the ideas that are planted in the book. The church considered this book was against the religious ideas. The book was censured in countries like United Kingdom, Greece and Yugoslavia. The kind of the secrets that Darwin revealed was a scientific secret. Many scientists have been repressed for show the secrets which changed the form that people conceived the world

I found others book that was censured, like “El diario de Ana Frank” or in English “Ana Frank diaries”, this book was censured in some schools in the United State for be considered very sexual and pornographic, and very depressing to be taught.

I don´t know any author who was censored or repressed for publishing a book. But Ana Frank was repressed after she wrote her diaries. She reveled secrets in his diaries about the repression that he Jude people had to live in the NAZI Germany of that time. I believe in the secrets or in the history that she lived but some people don´t believe that exist the holocaust.
